You can enable or disable the Support Plugin by changing the radio button marked with an orange arrow.
From the dropdown menu marked with blue arrow you can pick channel where you want to perform support action.
Here you are asked to use submit an URL in the Input box, after typing your URL press the fetch button. This will take you to ' Fetched Links' tab.
We will answer upcoming questions in your server by using the information inside the URL submitted, thus make sure the link you submit contains all the required information about your project. Suggestions: Gitbook, Docs, whitepaper links are prefered!
In this section you will see all the connected links to the submitted URL, select ones you wish proceed with and if you want to add extra links you can add them directly from input but at the bottom. After you are done with links, press to Submit button to start the process.
By using this tab you can add questions with fixed answers. Whenever this question appears Punky will automatically answer the questions as you have indicated.
Here you will see questions that Punky were not able to answer due to lack of information, you can answer this questions directly here.
Make sure to use refresh button to see new cards on your screen.
