How does ticket system works?
With the built in free ticket system you can directly address community issues in private without a need to dangerous DM actions on Discord. Let's see how does ticket system works:

To be able to activate the Ticket Plugin, you need first pick a channel, this will determine where the ticket panel will be sent.
You need pick an Admin role, this role holders will able to claim/close/delete the tickets.
You need to pick 3 different categories, in each category there will be tickets with different status. Status of tickets can be Pending, Active and Closed. New tickets are marked with Pending and once they are claimed their status is changed to Active.
If you have the premium subscribtion or you have the ADS turned on, then you can also use Ai support feature in the tickets. Our support Ai will respond to tickets on your behalf.
With custom buttons you can label your tickets, each button can have different labels. These labels are showm on the ticket name making it easier to undertand reason behind ticket. Ex: You can create a button for Collabration and all the tickets opened via this button can have collab label on them. which will help you idetify collabration request easily.
